Don't Buy into the Priority club! It means nothing!

Purchased a 2016 Thor Ace and the 6 year bumper to bumper warranty. got the head of the line priority club. First trip 200 miles away. Jacks would not level, Wall plugs would not work, light fixture lense would not stay on, Vent leaking above the bed and the passenger side a window was leaking.

Went to Giant RV in Colton and was told that I had to take it back to where I purchased the coach. Drove Two Hundred miles back to Bullhead City on the 19th of Dec., Dropped off with the list.

Called and informed them that I needed it on January 2nd. On January 2nd they had not touched the motorhome.

Product or Service Mentioned: 2016 Thor Motor Coach Ace 29.4 Rv.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Warranty service or priority guarantee.

When I first saw the Entegra at Paul Evert, I went for a test drive.

They had broken & missing parts, they said we don't fix it till after they sell it.

Beware of all the dealers across USA, the RV manufacture does not have regulation like the auto maker.

And stay away from Entegra they look good but made without good quality and safety control.
