I just bought a 2002 Monaco Knight from the Coburg store. They screwed up the wiring putting on the 7 way plug in, did not fix the ABS system until I took it back a second time, would not tell me what was and was not covered under the $9000 warranty that I got suckered into buying, did not communicate with me about repairs, costs, coverage, etc.

After I wrote a review, the service manager called me to discuss the issues. Nothing was resolved. I asked him to check with the tech about the roof leak. He stated he would check with him and call me right back.

24 hours later, still no call back from them.

I would never again consider buying from this company. I heartily caution anyone considering the purchase or repair of an RV to look elsewhere first.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
