service department is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. My motorhome has been there for going on 3 month.

Really, this is how you do business. In the time its been there I’ve manage to get jason (service tech) to call me back one time. Now Jon Service Manager) is in the loop only because I call and complained to him. To make things even better, my RV get broken inot, damaged, stuff both personal and equipment stolen.

Had people done there stinking job in the first place, my motorhome would not have been there. This was my first RV experience and let me tell you, from the worthless sales guy in Laughlin, to the knucklehead finance guy to now the pathetic service department. I may never buy another RV again. I can’t wait to hear what kind of BS drag they Bullshit give me about repairing the theft damage and replace all the lost items.

This will just add to the sweet taste in my mouth already!!!! Bullshit {{Redacted}}
